The FCBEscola is FCBarcelona's football school, and has as a main objective the training of their students.

Training in respect of the rights and fundamental freedoms, guided by the principles of coexistence and sportsmanship.

Currently more than 300 children between 6 and 11 years enjoy the excitement of training two days a week (Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday) and play a football game-7 every Saturday morning, in small groups and always in the FC Barcelona facilities. There is a specific training program for goalkeepers.

Students are divided into three stages according to age:

1. Initiation stage: children aged 6 and 7. At this stage there are 8 groups and work on primarily coordinative and motor aspects related to football.

2. Preformation stage: boys and girls ages 8 and 9. At this stage for this course there are 12 working groups and concentrates on basic football skills.

3. Training stage: boys and girls 10 and 11. At this stage there are 10 working groups on basic tactical actions and the improvement of technical gestures.

FCBEscola objectives are specified in two basic ideas: to convey the basics of football and transmit the values ​​that has represented FC Barcelona such as tolerance, respect, solidarity, friendship, citizenship, integration, etc. .
